How do I join Banna Banni?

Banna Banni is currently invite-only. You need an invitation sent to your phone or email. Once you receive it, tap the link to create your account and build your profile.

Is Banna Banni free?

Yes, Banna Banni is completely free during the pilot. All features are open to everyone. Founding members — everyone who joins during the pilot — will receive their first 3 months free when membership plans launch.

What is community verification?

Community verification confirms that you are a genuine member of your community. It is required to send and receive interests. To request it, go to Trust & Verification in your account. Our team will review your request and email you when done.

What is the Family Circle?

The Family Circle lets you invite a parent or sibling to help with your matrimony search. Your helper can browse profiles and suggest matches but cannot send interests, accept or decline on your behalf, or chat for you. You stay in control of every decision.

How does chat work?

Once you are connected, you can start chatting. During the pilot, chat is fully unlimited. When plans launch, free accounts can exchange 3 messages per connection before a membership is needed.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Delete Account and type "DELETE" to confirm. Your profile is hidden immediately and your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can cancel using the link in the email we send you. After 30 days, your personal information is permanently anonymized, photos are deleted, and your login is invalidated.

What are my rights under the DPDP Act 2023?

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you can download your data, request correction, request erasure, or withdraw consent. Go to Account → Privacy to submit a request. All requests are processed within 30 days. To file a grievance, email grievance@bannabanni.co.in.
